Metabolic Conditioning workouts (MetCons) are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short amount of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, putting your metabolism into overdrive to rapidly burn FAT!

Walk in, crawl out smiling after burning up to 1000 calories within the hour!

Minimum block booking of 4 x 1 hour sessions for only £28 per month or 8 x 1 hour sessions for £55 per month. (See timetable for session dates and times)
