Whatever it is you choose to do with Mike, whether it's classes or personal training sessions you can guarantee one thing, you will have the hardest but best work out ever. I've attended a number of different classes and had a few personal training sessions and can honestly say I've been pushed to absolute limit every time, but enjoyed every minute of it, even though I wouldn't have said that at he time!!!! Mike gives you the encouragement and enthusiasm to keep going and the belief that you can always do it no matter how much pain you're in. Somehow he always knows you cangive just that little bit more!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and Mike will always make time to give that extra bit of support and motivation if it's required. He set's you programmes that are achievable, makes exercise fun and gives every client 100% which you will give back just because you feel you have to. Angharrad Williams

Having not done any exercise for nearly a year due to having a baby I know it was time to get back to it and stop making excuses for not doing anything. When I found out that there was going to be a circuits class running in my area I thought I would give it a go but was a bit nervous due to never having attended a class before and having let my fitness levels drop I wasn’t sure I’d keep up. Right from the word go Mike put me at ease and his enthusiasm just keeps you going even if you feel like you just want to collapse in pain he’s there to encourage you and keep’s you going!!! I also do a Boxercise class once a week and I have to say I had my doubts at first as I would come away from the session feeling like I hadn’t done anything but over the weeks my opinion has completely changed. I would say this is one of the best ways of keeping fit I have ever experienced; it’s so much fun it sometimes doesn’t feel like your exercising. I now look forward to Tuesday and Thursday’s for my classes and get annoyed when I am unable to attend. I think the saying “No pain no gain” is a perfect way to describe these classes but it is done in such a fun way with an instructor that is there to support and motive you every step of the way.
